Looking for a partner to sanity-check async decisions

I’m continuing to map why async B2B workflows stall right before decisions.

The pattern has not changed.
Ownership is unclear.
Expiry is invisible.
Reopen conditions are undefined.

I’m testing this with one collaborator.
A short decision breakdown focused on clarity, not ideas.

This is not a pitch or a long brainstorm.
If you want to sanity-check one stalled decision,
comment here or email me at [email protected].

This lines up with what I’ve seen too. Most async stalls aren’t about disagreement, they’re about missing failure boundaries. If there’s no explicit owner, expiry, and reopen condition, the system defaults to “wait.” Writing those three down usually surfaces whether a decision is actually ready.

    Hi Koni
Can we connect ? I want to help you for that.
    Should I send email?

    Quick heads-up.

From what you described, this decision is already stalling.
If nothing changes, it will reopen again next week.

I can lock it down by rewriting one outbound message
with a clear owner, expiry, and reopen condition.

    20 minutes.
    $39.

    One message.

If you want to use it, reply “lock”.
