Looking for a program to automate multiple devices.

Does anyone know of any programs that can control multiple phones from one device or remote? Im trying to build scripts and press on button so that that action is taken on multiple devices.

Im trying to test the same apps that are state specific (signing into the same app but choosing the state selector - example: sportsbetting app).
