Looking for a referral program that could work with something like Tribe

I am looking for ways to incentivize users of our community (built on Tribe.so) to bring others. At this early stage, monetary rewards per user are doable to a point. I have looked at Referral Candy and like how modern and clean it appears, but it seems to be only for e-commerce shops. Does anyone have any experience with community-building through referral rewards?
