Looking for a sales and marketing partner on a JobTech SaaS

I recently built a SaaS in JobTech. The SaaS is an aggregator of tools and features for candidates who are looking to land their dream job. The tools we provide include AI-based Resume Builder, Resume Detail Extraction for ATS, Job to Candidate match, Resume Analyzer, and Resume Screener. For SEO purposes, we are a job discovery platform with more than 11k jobs scraped from different sources.

The target audience and user persona are mainly candidates who are in the market to apply and land jobs. Another persona is a recruiter/hiring manager who would like to market the job on Twitter(X) or would like to screen candidates or shortlist applications for a particular job posting.

The growth strategy for the product includes:

  • Market the product on popular job boards.

  • Reach out to new hires, universities, and schools that have resume-making services.

  • Market on subreddits that are popular with folks asking for feedback on resumes.

  • Reach out to resume service professionals on Fiverr, and Upwork who charge a lot for resume analysis services and sell to them to make their lives easier.

  • Sell to recruiters at large companies who would use the product to find the best candidate for a given job.

Considering the above, I am looking for a partner who can help drive the service to revenue. I am more than happy to share more details via email but I am mainly looking for someone who is part of a network of recruiters and has prior experience building or working on job tech products. If interested, please share your email in replies and I can get back to you.

    Hey Viraj,

I am Karanveer and I come from a game dev background. Worked with publishers like Voodoo, ZPLAY, SHAREit etc. Worked and tested 50+ prototypes with KPIS and A/B Tests including but not limited to CPIs, CTRs, Retention rates D1% -> D28%, etc.. one of which even reached 10 million downloads combined on iOS and Android.

Now I am taking a break from that and exploring the indie world, not that I'm new to this, I believe it's been 5 years that been a part of the indie world, but never taken on a project from this realm. I'm just casually surfing by and if I happen to find some cool project, (or even a cool person) I'd be happy to partner up with them as well.
I'm aware of the technicality of games and web apps, but I'll be diving more towards providing my skillset outside programming, some of which include but are not limited to UI designs to UX systems, taking on Easier Onboarding of users, Refining complete UX for better retention, understanding our pain points, controlled scalability, continuous feedback loops, etc..and later down the road, once we start seeing some MRR along with a decent profit margin, on mutual agreements, we can either reinvest back into the project as bootstrapped or go on to investors who have a similar vision as us.

This is a later stage if the project sees +cashflow within a few months, right now discussing this would be a waste of time, which could be used on the project. The issue with investors is that most of them are money-minded but lack vision of that product and I'd be with you on this if the end goals and the roadmap of the project don't align.

do you have a working mvp for this yet, or perhaps on localhost? Also, what is the USP compared to other similar projects like yours?
