Looking for a Sales/Marketing partner

I'm the founder of the business and I'm looking for a partner to expand and grow the business.
About the business:
Domain: Legal / Software / SaaS / Services
Service we provide: We detect and remove online threats like brand abuse, counterfeits, product piracy, trademark misuse, or any other Intelectual Property Rights infringements using the power of our AI platform and analysts with decades of experience.
Number of active clients: 2
Business model: monthly subscription, annual contracts
Client persona: Enterprise, B2C, 200-10.000 headcount.
Who I'm looking for
I'm looking for a partner who can take responsibility for Sales (and, ideally, marketing):
- Reach out scripts / conversations with leads
- Demo calls
- Follow-ups
- Closing deals
- Contracting
I'm handling everything by myself now, including marketing and sales.
I just don’t have enough experience and time to do that properly.
The ideal partner should have an experience or clear understanding of how to establish a sales funnel and how to close deals.
What I'm offering
We just started, so, unfortunately, we don't have enough resources to pay a static salary. But I'm happy to offer huge sales commissions (50%) or equity.
Also, what is the best place to look for partners?

It sounds like you need more than a Sales/Marketing person, you need an admin/marketing/ and sales person.
To be honest, I would recommend hiring a Sales Admin for the sales + admin side and a marketing generalist for the rest.
If you're looking for just a marketing person, my team and I specialize in marketing strategy and execution for bootstrapped Saas co's.

If it's enterprise, then yes, I'd go with someone more experienced on the sales side, just so long as they're okay doing the manual admin work and/or systems setup if you don't already have it in place.
