Looking for a sales/marketing/product co-founder

I’m a motivated, analytical and experienced (12+ years) software dev / tech lead and I am looking for a product/sales/marketing co-founder to create a profitable internet business. I currently lead development teams to build and deliver fully custom web/mobile apps for our clients.
I'm a big believer in Lean Product Playbook and I would like to ask you a few fundamental questions.
Can you tell me the problem statement you are trying to solve?
Do you have access to target customers that are facing this problem? (this will be relevant to validate any product ideas and to have our first paying customers)
What is your proposed solution to said problem?
