My ideal Co-Founder or Sales Partner:

I'm bad at selling and my networking with HR Area is not good enough. This is the part where you enter as an experienced and well-connected Recruiter, having a huge Network of hiring companies.
You are sure you will sell first job posts and later some other interesting planned futures to those companies. That way you can be sure, it will make sense to be a co-founder and not a hired salesmen (which I am not looking for). Same is valid for Sale Partner model, where you will earn a to negotiate % on your generated revenue. And I don't talk just about 10% here
You want to bring in your HR experience and have your input getting features in our product.

My Offer:

Depends mainly on your possibilities and commitment. But we can talk about around 35-49% ( I know at the end sales is all...) as an engaged Co-Founder or 25-30% on revenue as commissions as a Sales Partner.
