Looking for a service to help with custom social media graphic creation

A customer had a great tip for Motivation Fund. She recently completed her 30 day "Do Yoga every day" goal and she is so excited that she did it. She feels better/stronger and she wants to share that with friends. She was wondering if we have something like an instagram image she can use. I am trying to think through the best way I can do this. Options:

1. Have a generic image that is branded that she can share (not ideal, needs to be personalized)
2. Create custom graphics manually that are branded, but also have her name and her goal in it. Is there a way for me to do this in a automated fashion?
3. Send her to a service where it has the graphic and the custom name/goal, but she can customize what she wants to say. Kind of like a mix of snappa.com and sharelinkgenerator.com. I send her to a url with the tags that prepopulate her name and goal, but then she can customize it from "Do yoga every day in January" to "I just did Yoga every day in January and I am feeling STRONG!" It would generate the graphic for FB, twitter, Insta, etc. and one click share buttons. Does anything like this exist?
