Looking for a short-term roommate in NYC for Feb

I'm a 29 year old research analyst, work from home (fully vaccinated) and also working on some side projects hence this post here. I'm chill, clean and organized. Sometimes have friends over, sometimes just watch a movie/sports, and am overall pretty quiet.

Here's some info about the place:
— 1 block from Bedford Ave L Train (takes 5 mins to get to Manhattan)
— One large living room w/ kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
— Wireless internet (~100mbps)
— TV with Chromecast (no cable)
— Street parking (sometimes hard to find)
— Ground Level w/ Front Outdoor Space
— Walking distance to the NYC waterfront
— 5 min walk to Whole Foods and 10 mins to the new Trader Joe’s
