Looking for a strong techie to join the founding team for a B2B SAAS startup

I am looking for a strong techie who has 7-10 years of tech experience and willing to spend 10-15 hours a week towards this project. I offer equity in return and the opportunity to be part of the founding team. San Francisco Bay area preferred. remote will work as well. Be able to code and has built MPV's/POC's in the past and be able to recruit the right folks to develop the product. I am willing to spend a small amount of $ to hire junior developers, the idle candidate needs to be able to direct the folks and take ownership of the product. What I bring to the table - 20+ years of go to market experience working with tech startups in the bay area with an investing background at Goldman Sachs. This idea is well -researched and has a big Total Addressable Market in the B2B space.

here's what I am looking in the ideal candidate

knowledge of SAAS API's. specific interest in an accounting system like Quickbooks, Netsuite, Concur etc as well as single sign on system like Okta, Microsoft AD

Some background in NLP

Knowledge of React.js, Velocity, Node.js, has worked with SAAS API's specifically OKTA, Microsoft AD, google apps in the past.
