Looking for a strong technical person to join the founding team of a B2B SAAS angel funded startup

I am looking for a strong techie who has 5-7 years of tech experience and willing to spend 10-15 hours a week. I offer equity in return and the opportunity to be part of the founding team. Location not a concern. Be able to design and understand API integrations. Be able to guide the developer team on the latest tech/code review. We have a team of developers both backend and frontend, the idle candidate needs to design the technical aspects of the product. What I bring to the table - 20+ years of go to market experience working with tech startups in the bay area with an investing background at Goldman Sachs. This idea is well -researched and has a big Total Addressable Market in the B2B space.

here's what I am looking in the ideal candidate

knowledge of SAAS API's. specific interest in an accounting system like Quickbooks, Netsuite, Concur etc as well as single sign on system like Okta, Microsoft AD

Design databases like MongoDb

Latest chat/activity feed tools and integration
