Looking for a tech co-founder

I'm building a marketplace for the US dental industry, and I'm looking for a passionate tech co-founder to join me. I've hired a contractor from Upwork to build an MVP that's 85% ready to go, but I'd love to have a tech partner to pursue this idea with me side by side going forward.
About the idea: Basically, it's Upwork for Dental Procedures - the detailed why's/what's/how's can all be found on www.toothfully.org.

I think this is a great idea - I explored the idea of a medical tourism app in the past.

No domain experience and not motivated enough about the issue (this was many moons ago). Also, potential liability.
