Looking for a tech co-founder even though I'm a tech founder

Hi All,

I'm a tech founder of Peepul. Peepul is TikTok for educators and students.
Peepul is an app where teachers from anywhere can put short videos of topics and students consume it like Instagram or TikTok.

Peepul was born out of this long desire to see EdTech serve the needy instead of the high-income families. With only 4% of school-going children in countries like India on any e-learning platform, EdTech has been biased towards high-income families and students from Tier-1 cities. With e-learning, not a luxury anymore, many are being left behind due to paywalled platforms.

I started working on this 8 weeks back and have an MVP out in App Store, Play Store, and a Web App as well developed entirely on React Native+Expo and Firebase. We have grown to over 100 users at this point but the active engagement is still low. I did the marketing using just Facebook to get here but in order to scale further, I need to experiment with more strategies. At this point, I'm looking to hand over the entire tech to someone who can become as fanatic about this idea as I'm.

I'm looking for someone with enough experience to not just build a stable and well-designed app but also someone who can take this product ahead with me. I'm looking for someone with experience in building mobile apps for high growth companies and someone who is passionate to solve this particular problem.

I have been having great responses not just from users but also from VCs and tech leaders for the idea but there is so much more to be done. I have had some productive initial introductory conversations with VCs from GFC(Berlin) and SAIF(India). Garry Tan(Initialized Captial, Ex-YC) had a positive comment on twitter for it as well(Can share the link if needed). At the moment I'm bootstrapped but will be looking to raise money after we hit a significant user metric. While I would prefer someone from Bangalore, India but the place really doesn't matter that much.
