Looking for a tech Co founder for niche marketplace

I am looking for a tech co founder that is experienced in building a marketplaces similar to etsy/ebay. I own a shopify store that sells multiple products within this niche and we do 7 figures a year in gross sales. Fulfillment is completed in house, not dropshipped. I intend on converting my store into a marketplace and allowing 3rd party sellers join. There are multiple stores in this market that i have relationships with who are willing to join, so the supply and the demand is there.
