Looking for a Tech Lead to help us build and ship a new generation of our PHP/TypeScript/React helpdesk product

I'm Christopher and I'm the CTO over at Deskpro. We build a helpdesk product/platform (SaaS / On-Premise) and we're gearing up for a major rewrite of our SPA user interface in the early new year.

What's the tech? The frontend is all new, what we have started so far is written in React with Typescript, using GraphQL via Apollo to talk to our backends. Our backends are written in PHP on Laravel/Lighthouse.

Where are we? We're based in London, UK, but we're open to remote workers too.

What's the product? Deskpro is a helpdesk product that covers a wide range of features: Email processing, telephony with Twilio, real-time chat and website widgets, CRM and user management, website/portal content publishing, task management -- you name it.

Who are we looking for? Someone enthusiastic who will care about the product as much as we do. We need someone used to working with our stack and someone who is good at getting stuff done with a lot of autonomy.
