Looking for a Technical co founder

I am building a kids video chat platform and I am a bit frustrated with upwork freelancers. I feel they are mostly interested in getting paid by the hour instead of building a product, a vision.

I am looking to build a remote team of full stack developers, front-end, back-end, a systems architect and we can all be a part of the founding team. I am ready to share equity.
