The vision of Adoptivate is to build a platform around The Customer Success Revolution helping B2B SaaS companies increase adoption, reduce churn and improve the customer experience. Some focus areas/features include:
- Analyze text and verbatim customer feedback with AI / Analytics
Detail: Turn flooded amounts of operational data into insight. We capture and consolidate all of your Experience Data (XData) from various channels into our XPlatform and turn it into a simple analytic dashboard creating a 360 degree view of your customer.
- Predict User Adoption metrics with AI
Detail: To predict user adoption allowing key decision makers in the business to understand which customers need hyper support and which are more likely to churn.
