Looking for a technical co-founder (ideally in San Francisco, but open to collaborating remotely)

Hi there, I'm looking for a technical co-founder that can help me build a prototype/MVP for an automated security assessment solution. The ideal person(s) would have some background in InfoSec (although not required). My experience has been in InfoSec and I'm currently on the business side (operations, general management, sales, etc.). I don't have any programming experience and would like to partner up with others interested in building a startup.

I also have another idea related to an AI-based personal finance management leveraging plaid; however, I would like to prioritize the security tool first.
