Looking for a technical co-founder/partner for large video platform & community.

Two years ago, I took my 7+ years of experience in the film industry and created a platform for filmmakers aimed at solving some of the problems and frustrations that I was feeling as a filmmaker.

Fast forward to today, and we have a large community of 50,000+ (throughout various online channels) with over 4,200 verified filmmakers and producers (users) in our marketplace.

We've raised a little bit of angel investment, graduated from an accelerator in San Francisco, and built the platform on an enterprise-level from day 1 (.Net, Javascript, Angular, React Native...)

We currently have a V1 (web) and mobile app (limited version) to market and are in the final stages of pushing our premium membership models to market (that we built through stripe).

I've been building this platform with a technical partner in San Francisco since the beginning, but we ran out of money for his salary and he was forced to find another job.

So I'm now looking for a technical partner to come on board and lead our technical efforts throughout this next stage of growth. We're in a good position to launch a lot of small features that will quickly add tremendous value to the marketplace, and position the company for a seed investment round.

I'm looking for a partner who can work part-time for equity (location is not a concern), and then come on full time once we raise another round of financing.
