Looking for a technical cofounder/ CTO to build Adventure Tribe,a global outdoor adventureplatform (OTA travel)🏔️🌎

(YouTube video🎥: https://youtu.be/giHc7dgI7yQ)

➡️Hi everyone🚀,

I’m building Adventure Tribe, a global platform designed specifically for the outdoor adventure world.

The fastest way to explain it is this: think of something somewhat adjacent to a Tripadvisor-style experiences platform / OTA, but built natively for outdoor adventure. Not just a generic “things to do” layer, but a much deeper platform to discover, compare, publish, book, and return within a global category that is still highly fragmented.

The vision is to build a true global hub for adventure that combines:

-operator-published experiences
-booking
-richer discovery
-maps, routes, and territory 🗺️
-visible operator profiles
-deep category structure
-progression, community, and repeat use 🔁

I believe there’s a real opportunity here. Outdoor adventure already exists online, but it’s still scattered across isolated websites, social platforms, individual operators, and generic travel platforms that were not built for the actual logic of this category.

I’m not looking for a freelancer or someone for a one-off project. What I’m mainly looking for is a cofounder / CTO, or someone very strong on the technical side who genuinely wants to build a company from scratch 💻⚙️

What I already have:

-a deeply developed vision
-clear product logic
-a roadmap
-decks and materials ready to share
-a basic pilot
-a lot of visual and conceptual material
-and everything ready to start building 🚀

So the conceptual and structural work is already done. Now it’s execution time.

I don’t currently have capital to hire a full team, so I’m open to equity for the right person. The idea would be to move fast, build an MVP, get the first operators/customers, generate initial revenue, and start self-funding from there.

I don’t see this as just another website or a small side project. I see it as the chance to build a real company around a global category that still doesn’t have a dominant native platform. And honestly, I also see it as a very fun adventure to build with the right person 🤝🔥

Have you thought about flipping the GTM? Give operators a free upgraded booking website, pull them into the network that way. You take a small % only on bookings that come through Adventure Tribe, not their direct traffic.

Built a direct booking site for my own STR for similar reasons. The tech was easy. Getting people to find it instead of Airbnb was the hard part. That's probably the same bet you're making here.

"Mariano, the 'adventure-native' logic is exactly what the travel market is missing. Generic OTAs fail because they don't understand territory, routes, or progression. Your vision for 'Adventure Tribe' as a native hub is spot on.
I’m actually building a project in Tokyo (Tokyo Lore) that focuses on skill-based competition for business ideas just like this. Since you're looking to build authority in the adventure space, a trip to Japan (one of the world's most unique outdoor adventure markets) would be a massive asset for your roadmap."
