Looking for a Co-founder who can deliver below for a reverse marketplace:

Web App with the following features:

• Client form submissions
• Client intake forms
• Online payments
• Forms that calculate the price
• Escrow, delayed split payment through Stripe connect or Payoneer
• Two types of users sign up
• Projects Dashboard
• Activity feed for each project and a messaging system
• Brands can create teams in the projects and collaborate
• Video upload delivery system
• Video editing review function
• All actions are to be supported with notification emails
• A full scope is ready to be shared at a later stage.

Co-Founder Requirements

I want to see co-founders who are not set on a specific idea.
Skills: Technical, capable of building a Web app, Marketplace, I am also open to low code solutions.
Timing: The co-founder should be ready to work full-time.
Responsibilities: Product, Engineering

Non-tech co-founder deliverables: (What will I bring to the table)

• Investor relations.

• Hiring/firing of non-technical staff

Equity expectations

51/49- cliff vesting after a 12-18 month period starting with 6% equity and after each month 1/48th of equity.

It is likely we will each give up 5% at some point to attract talent.

Salary:

I will pay both of us a small salary so we are motivated enough, however, I might have to go with someone who lives in a low-cost-of-living city, as the salary is only there to help us get by until the company equity brings waves of cash.
