Looking for a Technical Mobile Co-Founder

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a technical mobile co-founder to build together a continuous feedback app. I have no technical skills so I'm looking for someone who can help with building the UX, UI, and back-end of the app. I'm going to be in charge of everything product, marketing, pitching, customer support, and other tasks. I have strong knowledge about the user needs and industry developments so this is a short story I came up with:

There are many problems when it comes to receiving or giving feedback. Whether if it's taking the time to do it, feeling awkward, forgetting about it, or not knowing exactly what and how to say things.

I want to build a mobile app that facilitates this process. You add your skills, and we either ask people to give you feedback based on a particular interaction or just remind you that some of those you usually work with have not given you feedback in a while. You tell us to ask for feedback and we give them a nudge.

The process doesn't stop there. By looking at your analytics we determine together what are the areas you want to improve. Based on what you decide we suggest you curated resources you can read, view, or listen to.
