Looking for a Technical/Ops CoFounder

I am seeking a technical cofounder for my startup FairFare. We are raising our seed round of 1.5M we have a lead investor. FairFare is a direct booking ride hail platform. We are a SAAS platform providing the backend of aggregating. I'm less concerned with your tech skills and mainly looking to see if our vibes align.

I have two amazing dev from China and Kenya so you would not have to build unless you want to. But I am strategy/business dev focused/oriented so I am looking for someone who is operations/tech oriented who has a good sense of humor and doesn't take themselves too seriously.
