Looking for a technical partner to build and grow a web data extraction tool that can be accessible via API, already have client interest

Hi all, I come from a corporate finance and venture (last 5 years) background based in Asia and have connected with startups, funds and serial entrepreneurs around the world so I have good experience and exposure in evaluating startups and understanding some best practices across all aspects of growing and building a startup.

I'm keen to explore building and growing a product that can pull data from web pages and can be called through an API, this can have many potential applications such as for real estate, jobs or ecommerce. I already have interest for the product from the city electronics association which has more than 1000 SME's; they would like to pull data from ecommerce marketplaces around the region to understand which products they can potentially sell abroad.
