Looking for a tool to design Newsletters with export as HTML?

I use Canva right now to design the overall look and feel, but it only gives me the option to export as images. I don't want my whole newsletter to be an image, so I then redesign it in Mailchimp, exporting only parts of the images from Canva.

Is there a better way to do this?
