Looking for a UI/UX co-founder

I have a project that is in need of a good UI/UX but finding one that is willing to work for equity like the rest of our team seems to be harder than we thought.

Current status of the project:

• Fairly simple networking site
• 4 team members (all remote, mainly Europe)
• Market validation has been very positive
• MVP is nearly complete
