Looking for a US-based operator to take ownership of a Legal AI product (I’m the builder)

I’m a solo technical founder based outside the US. Over the past few months, I’ve built ClariCase, a working Legal AI product focused on helping individuals understand civil legal disputes before they speak to a lawyer.

What ClariCase does (today):

• Plain-English AI chat for legal situations

• Automatic case summaries (facts, issues, evidence gaps)

• Visual mind maps to understand case structure

• Secure document analysis

The product is built, deployed, and usable.

What I’m looking for:
A US-based operator / business co-founder who wants to own and grow the business.

I’m happy to:

• Give full operational control (entity, payments, marketing, partnerships)

• Structure majority or full ownership on clear, written terms

• Stay focused purely on product & engineering

What I’m not looking for:

• Contractors or agencies

• Passive “advisors”

• People just testing ideas

Ideal background (not strict):

• US-based

• Experience in SaaS, legal tech, or consumer products

• Strong in marketing, positioning, partnerships, or sales
