Looking for a UX Designer

We're building a video tool in the HR Tech space and need to add UX designer to our team in exchange for equity in the project.

Our team currently consists of 5 people and we all work remotely. We are flexible with location but someone close enough to Central European time zone will be preferred if all else is equal.
