Looking for a UX/UI designer!
Hello everyone!
I am an engineering manager who loves to code backend and some frontend, but I suck at designing UI and UX.
I would love to build a tool for managing one-to-one meetings, career development plans, NPS, and whatever feels useful to create good feedback-based companies. A tool to create a feedback-based company.
The idea is to start just as a tool, add opinionated templates, questions, and advice, and, at some point, allow people to hire external coaches and mentors to help — some kind of coaching-as-a-service integrated.
What about recording the one-to-one meetings and getting advice from great professionals?
