Looking for a Visionary Developer to Co-Found a Startup Together

Hey İndie Hackers! 👑

We’re a passionate team of four developers with diverse skills in full-stack development, DevOps, and a shared vision: to create exciting, meaningful projects and eventually achieve financial freedom. Now, we’re looking for a fifth partner to join us on this journey — whether you're a UI/UX designer or a developer, if you're as excited about building amazing things as we are, we’d love to hear from you!

What We’re Building:

We’re currently developing an innovative RevOps (Revenue Operations) platform designed to streamline sales, marketing, and customer success processes. Our product will empower businesses to optimize their operations and drive revenue growth through seamless integration and data-driven insights. This is your chance to be part of a product that could redefine how companies operate!

Who We’re Looking For:

A creative thinker: Someone who enjoys brainstorming ideas and solving problems in unique ways.

Technical skills: At least 1 year of proven experience in your field, with a drive to learn and grow.

Knowledge of our stack: Experience or willingness to work with NestJS, Next.js, React.js, Tailwind CSS, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and AWS is a big plus.

Visionary mindset: You want to be more than just a contributor — you want to help shape the direction of our projects and be part of the big picture.

What We’re Offering:

Equal equity ownership: All co-founders will have an equal share in the company and its success.

A chance to collaborate on projects we’re passionate about, with like-minded people.

The opportunity to be part of a growing team focused on achieving financial freedom.

A friendly, open-minded environment where your skills and ideas will truly matter.

If this sounds like your vibe, let’s connect! Shoot us a message at [email protected], and let’s chat about building something awesome together.

first things first, good luck with the project
second but very important, unless you have secured a big enough customer to cover expenses you need to find a salesperson.
and last but not least 4 cofounders are way too many, 5 is not practical at all, case and point you are using javascript and container-based tech-stack, the first is a result of having a front-end "developer/s" the second is probably the "DevOps" guy idea.
without actual details on what you are building, it is a bit difficult to estimate with accuracy, but based on old RevOps systems I have built it takes about 3 months with a team of 4 (3 devs/1 tester) assuming you have actually experienced people and someone good to design it (ideally based on a proper business framework)
just have another think what you are doing, working with your "buddies" is fun but it never ends well when it gets difficult (and it will get very difficult) , it also does not end well when money is involved.

Dear Petro, I read your comment with great interest. What you said is very true. Actually, I chose nestjs because it includes .Net features (Pipeline, Exception handler, İnterceptor etc) and provides fast development. I will be happy to send you my business plan as a PDF.

Love the energy here — sounds like a sharp, mission-aligned squad. I’m building something equally ambitious in the vertical AI space, and I know the value of a strong, complementary team. Would be great to connect and trade insights — maybe there’s a way to collaborate or amplify each other’s momentum.
