Looking for a web-dev guy for the validated project

Need a React developer to create a site. Have a working demo with base functionality, would show it before we decide to proceed further. What is the product about? A close example would be this: https://prismatext.com/.
I will take care of the hosting charges and backend logic ( already have it working ). Prefer somebody who could work quickly here. Depending upon the work-done, a respectable % rev-share would be given.
