Looking for a web dev + tech founder

I'm looking for a web dev to work with me on a project idea. Ideally I would like to launch an MVP to test the idea. I've completed the initial user research and design mocks myself.
So what's in it for you?
- If it fails, then you had learnt something new and can put it on your resume.
- If it succeeds, then we go for funding and you get stake in company.
What I need?
- Someone who's into SaaS world.
- Folks, this is a side project so I don't expect all your time and attention on this. We all are working professionals + family n friends taking our time. We just have to schedule sometime and invest it in moving this forward. Sound reasonable right?

I think the equity comes before the success. Giving equity only at success will lead to problems
It depends on what the personal goal is. Learning or earning.
