Looking for a website dev with interest in sports analytics (rugby league)

Interested in starting a sports analytics business focussing initially on rugby league (then union). big issue atm is data availability so looking at creating a website that supports crowd-sourced data collection at the play by play level for both Aus / UK competitions. once 1-2 seasons of games have been collected, can look at best way of monetising. Understanding of rugby league preferred but not required.
