Looking for a Zoom alternative

Hey, Indie Hackers. I'm looking for a more self-served/automated version of Zoom with these features in mind:

1. Meeting participants can be assigned as Hosts & facilitate the meeting without the host
2. Templated meeting agenda with a count-down timer
3. Meeting ends after meeting duration expires
4. Meeting recording capabilities
5. Polling
6. API access or Zapier integratable, if possible

I've tried this super cool new Saas called Sessions.io but sadly most of their features are not yet developed. Anyone has other recommendations?
