I've spent the last 3 years learning how to be a front and backend developer, build a product, designer, and entrepreneur.
I'm basically at the point of launching my product, Flashfeed.io, which is a marketplace for video production.
Since I was originally a creative myself, I'm pretty confident I will be able to find and pitch the idea to enough creators for the time being. However, the one thing that I'm worried about is my ability to find clients who will post their projects on the platform.
The platform is launching in the US, Canada, and South Korea (I am based in south korea.)
Could anyone give me some insight and practical, actionable advice on how to start? I should mention I'm still currently on a pretty low budget for the time being.

Find websites that do not have product video on their landing page contact them with your pitch stating the importance of video in demonstrating the product, how it increases conversion ratio of website visitors and helps in increasing the engagement of visitors etc.
You can now provide the first video for free and onboard the customers and hopefully they would use your platform for next video needs.
Also if you get the client pitch it to the creative and onboard them as well so you get both side of the equation demand+supply.
If this strategy works and you are able to onboard 10 clients+ creatives automate the process. It is simple to find if the website contains video element or not with video tags/other heuristics so you don't have to manually check and mail every client.
After you get few 100 clients
start publishing testimonials marketing on different websites etc.(this can go in parallel but first step is essential)
Profit and send good luck to me

The only way to get people to do something regardless of what. Is you have to make THEM WANTING TO DO IT. So make it attractive to do what you want by for example giving them extra features, guarantees or any other advantages. But maybe they want to do it but theirs something in the way. Usually the things that stops your consumers is either it takes to much time, they would have to put to much effort and sacrifice into it or that they don’t think that they have a high likelihood of achieving the benefits.
And obviously communicating the benefits is an important part both to your existing customers and your future customers through marketing so you can make them want your thing.
hopping this gave you some sort of value
Was hard when I didn’t know the hole scenario so would love to know more.
