I've grown a newsletter to around 5.4k subs in the last year and I'm looking for advice on next steps. If you know someone, or have any advice yourself let me know. As I said, I'm willing to pay for your time.
What are you wanting help with? I.e. what's the challenge you have with it?
I'm trying to decide whether to go paid or not, and if not, the next places to look for growth.

Well what I have seen work really well is a share to earn set up.... so on the free version have something that they really want..... if they refer 3-10 people they get it FREE :)

this is an interesting insight. So, if I decide to paywall, maybe I can still give free subscribers a way to get the premium content via referral. I think I'll instigate this after I go paid!

Yep or it can be a in between the premium and free - sort of like a bridge to get them to share and then want the premium after they've had a taste.
