Looking for advise for a marketing strategy to grow my business
I am currently running https://inferrd.com which is profitable but not growing fast. All sales come from AdWord and some random google searches.
I can't figure out to bring more people to our website. I've realized that I suck at marketing.
Looking for advise on marketing strategies that would work with my business.
Long Term :
SEO -- Figure out what your ideal customers are typing into Google and write blogs posts specifically answering those question, in depth, better than the 10 answers that Google currently shows for those questions. Do this on company blog first, the pages that do well, make videos for them and put on Youtube.
Short Term:
Go where your customers hangout. It can subreddtis, or FB groups, Indie Hackers, or Twitter. Find them out, talk to them about their problems, help them out, then talk about your product.
Evergreen : this works both short and long term
Guest post on prominent blogs and publications . Do podcast interviews, newsletter mentions.

I'm sure there are more. I've seen multiple people mention the book Traction but I haven't read it myself yet. I will when it's the right moment in the journey of making my own product.

Strategy is how you plan to grow your business or solve a business problem by:
Once you've done this you can look into the tactics and channels that align with it.
If you jump straight into tactics, you're likely to end up in a similar situation as there is no guiding principle for the business other than "try another tactic or channel and see if it works".
