Looking for advise how I can promote my team

Hey hackers, I'm really inspired by your movement and currently running a challenge against myself to launch some indie product, but before that I've been leading a small dev agency 42.works and currently stuck with finding new projects (profit of which I can use to invest in my own products). Can you please give me a hint on how I can promote a small, but very passionate team. I have no experience in marketing so any point will be useful.
