Looking for an app that records and converts voice memos

Is anyone familiar with an app that does something like this?

I'm looking for this functionality:

• Runs on Android
• Easily record voice memos
• Saves the audio recording
• Converts them to text (doesn't have to be perfect)
• Search for voice memos by text (hence the point above)
• A big plus if it would integrate with assistant

In case it doesn't exist.. Are there other people looking for something like this? Who knows we can setup a small team :)
