Looking for an Email Client that shows how long an email has gone without reply

Hi folks,
I run a productized service company and we're trying to improve our reply rates to client emails. I'm not sure if support tickets are the right fit here but have you found anything that works well here? I'm looking for an email client that tracks how long an email has been waiting for a reply.

    Gmail does this sometimes

Yeaa. though I'm so sick of using gmail's interface. I have 4 - 5 google accounts and the whole process of switching between them is driving me insane

Isn't this followup-after-x-days thing a typical CRM feature? I am not aware of a mail client that offers this.

I am improvising by using the "Snooze until..." feature in GMail's web interface. :)

Yea i suppose I should be using a CRM. Currently i use Front, the email client which is sort of meant for team emails / support etc. It's working out well enough for email but for customer convos it ends up not being the right fit

Hi, I'm interested in why Front does not fit your needs. I'm the co-founder of HelpSpace which is also a ticket system but aimed to be really simple and straight forward. We are always interested in edge cases and niche features since we want to stand out from all the competitors :D

Hey @Janiskelemen, sorry I've been away on travel for a few weeks. back now.

For me, the issue with front is mainly that I like the shared email / ticketing style system because my team uses a single email to handle all customer comms. However, front is not a good tool when you want to do more CRM-esque things like centering your communication around a contact list. For e.g. for a specific list of contacts, track the last email sent, how long they've been waiting on a reply from us, how long we are waiting on them etc. That's mostly all I need. I checked out hubspot and it seems ok, but still not quite what we need

Hi @neilxm, sounds like HelpSpace seems to be a good fit since it is optimized for teams that use a shared email. The only thing I'm not sure if I understand correctly is the CRM-esque thing. Do you mean you need to have a segmented list of contacts where you can see when the last time of contact was?

Basically, i just want to see how long an email from certain contacts have gone unreplied. we're struggling to make sure we're on top of every customer interaction so I want to see a sort of red indicator beside contacts that are waiting for a response from us. does that make sense?

that email receives email from several places, but we have a list of about 20 contacts that we need to track this stale-ness value for
