Looking for an SEO profile with a proven track record to help guide our team

Hi!
As the title states, I'm looking for an SEO profile with a proven track record to help guide our team. Basically, I'd like to pay a person to help us understand and leap jump our SEO efforts.

The output I hope to get is:

• What to focus on first and why
• Does/don't
• A guide on how to create content with an SEO purpose
• Evaluate our first 5 content pieces and technical setup

The reason why I'm looking for a person instead of a tutorial/course is that I'd like to mitigate the risk (of wasting time) through the knowledge of someone who has done it multiple times before and can easily send us in the right direction.
