We’re looking for HR consultants, payroll providers, IT firms, agencies, BPOs, and business advisors who work with remote or field-based teams.
Trackly helps businesses manage attendance, payroll, and workforce operations.
The partnership model is simple:
Refer Trackly to a relevant business. If the referral becomes a paying customer, you earn 20% recurring revenue every month for as long as they remain a Trackly customer.
We’re also open to broader collaborations, including implementation support, bundled services, and co-selling opportunities.
Interested in connecting with professionals who already advise businesses on HR, payroll, or workforce management.
Twenty percent recurring for the life of the customer is generous compared to most referral programs that cap out after a year or two. Advisors already in the room when payroll or workforce decisions get made seem like the right partner type, since they do not need to be convinced the problem exists. Curious whether IT firms and BPOs are moving faster on this than HR consultants, or if it is still too early to tell which channel converts best.
Great point. That’s actually what we’ve been seeing as well, the best conversations are coming from people who already work closely with businesses and understand these challenges.
We’ve started getting interest from HR consultants, BPOs, and service providers, and we’re learning a lot about which partnerships create the most value. It’s still early, but the response has been encouraging so far.
That tracks with what I would expect. Someone already embedded with the business does not need convincing that the problem is real, so the conversation starts at "how would this work" instead of "does this matter." The harder part is usually figuring out which of those partners actually influence a buying decision versus just being sympathetic to the pitch, curious how you are telling those two apart this early.
