Looking for best freelance writers marketplace

Hi guys, I'm looking for the best marketplace to find quality writers for blog posts and video scripts at a reasonable price. I usually use Upwork for programming related tasks but seems not the best place to find writers. Of course I've googled around but nothing really stands out and there seems to be a bunch of smaller players. Any ideas? TIA!
