Hello everyone!
I am Spiros, founder of Makkuro.app, which is a one-person B2B SaaS* application that offers both a Help desk and an Issue Tracker (think Intercom + Linear, together).

📈 I recently, one week ago, launched it in Beta and I'm aiming for the following numbers in the next two months:
🙇♂️ So, if this seems like a tool that might help you build your own startup, I'd be very grateful if you gave it a go. It's free for now, during Beta, and it's going to be 19$/user/month after it (in about two months).
I'd also be grateful for any feedback you may have here.
Thank you so much in advance!
Keep building!
*= It's one person building it, I'd be very happy with B2B customers of more than 1 people 😅
Este é o primeiro clone do WhatsApp, constantemente atualizado. É uma versão personalizada com muitos recursos aprimorados. Não é preciso desinstalar o WhatsApp para instalar o GBWhatsApp APK. https://wasuppgb.com/
That looks great! But why are you entering a crowded market where big players (intercom and linear, as you said) already compete?
That's a good question!
The short answer is that this is what I know how to build, from my past experience as a developer, designer, and eventually product manager.
Next, a crowded market is not necessarily a bad thing. I'm not looking to displace these two big players but just capture some small corner in the market 😅 .
Lastly, while the idea of combining two products sounds stupid, the least, with all the product surface expectations I'm inheriting and the confused questions from new users, I actually believe that these two tools are part of the same workflow, for a modern and nimble product team:
Your feedback should sit closely to your projects. We've been reading articles about "the user and customer being always in the center" but if you look at our tooling, it's all very fragmented. This fragmentation is what Makkuro aims to tackle.
