Looking for business partner for online fitness/health coaching business
Hey! I am a certified personal trainer who has just began my new business for online fitness coaching (high ticket prices) that provides 1 on 1 coaching for clients. I am looking for a partner to run the business side of things (i.e. finding leads/connecting/sales/marketing/scaling/etc.) while I run the coaching/trainer side of things. My program/service is VERY good and I only have received positive feedback. Yet, I do not have much expertise on running the business side of things which is significantly limiting my growth.

Hi, I am/was a customer to one of these fitness/health coaches. 99% of their business is sales and marketing. Having a good product definitely helps too, but you need to be spending most of your time on a YouTube Channel, tiktok, etc. building an audience for yourself before people will pull the trigger and drop $3k on your program.
Personally, I'm interested in this space as well. The tooling for these programs could be much better. I think most people run their workouts off of spreadsheets still. I'd love to help build something that is easier to use on your phone.

I've been working as a Strategic Planner (in depth business development) 4 years for my own company and other types of business development or operational management for large companies going on 8 years now!

One more thing to mention, I was a fitness director for a while with Lifetime Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness so at least I'm familiar with your industry!
