Hi, I have been looking for a solution in this space for a while. I hope I can give you some useful feedback.

    • Some icons did not appear for me: https://share.getcloudapp.com/llukRpwG
    • The overall design is very pleasant. I notice a "designer eye" in the app. But it is not working perferctly in my environment (MS Edge on Mac M1).
    • I like that you open a second pane to render linked infos, but the navigation was confusing: https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQu7RG1q
    • You are in a crowded space. I guess everybody is looking for the perfect journal/wiki app (me included). The problem is that there are many ways to get organized and everybody chooses a different way. You have to clearly show in your landing why your way is better. My suggestion: create a public profile where visitors can see the full potential of your solution. It is easier to understand the value if you sneak into someone else's notes.
    • It took a while to find out "cmd+. "creates task. I was trying inserting "[]" expeting it would transform into a checkbox. Besides ... I was trying inserting "\" to check if you had commands.
    • Finally a tool that automatically creates a new link when I try "[[link-name]]" .... still, I was expecting that if I link to a name that isn't a note yet, it would create the node with that name as title.
    • AFAIK, your "schedule" features require me to click in a calendar. I would like to write a data and it auto"magically" appear in my calendar.
    • I expected a GTD-like functionality in tasks. Where

Another source of feedback/information is what I am looking for. Essentially what I am looking for is an ORG-MODE without Emacs. I hate Emacs and I will never learn its keybindings. I can't understand why there isn't a good OrgMode solution outside emacs.
The tools I am trying and I think that are close to what I am looking for are Craft.do and Beorg app (the author of Beorg is considering open sourcing it, maybe you should contact him to join forces).

Well, one of my problems is that I compare every new solution to Atlassian Confluence. I used Confluence for some years and I think it is an incredible tool. It had all I am looling for 10 years ago. The problem is that it is heavy... requires lots of customizations. I was looking for something that already made good choices. Convention over customization ... if you know what I mean.

I think you also haven't find a good UVP and differentiation. I am open to talk more about this topic if you are interested.

Hi Fred! Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated!

      • Strange that the icons do not show, I tested it with MS Edge but couldn't reproduce. I need to do more testing on that. Also, in the navigation of your second picture, there should be icons as well.

      • Creating a public profile / demo page is a great idea! Love it.

      • Keyboard shortcuts should be indeed better documented. I'm planning on adding more videos and getting started guides

      • When typing "[[" and a new title, you can create a new note on the fly. You need to press "Create note" in the dropdown.

      • The magic is still a bit hidden. If you "quick create" a task from the main left sidebar, you can type e.g. "Do this tomorrow 14-15" and the task is automagically scheduled. Atm, this works only from the quick create feature

Organizedly has a couple of differentiating factors. First, everything is connected. Write a task inside a note and it will be available in your task list. Drag-and-drop to schedule. Second, its one of the few productivity platforms with end-to-end encryption. Third, blocks are the backbone of Organizedly. They allow for finding and organizing content with low effort.

I'm happy to discuss Organizedly more with you and hear your thoughts. Thanks a lot for providing detailed feedback. You can also reach me at [email protected]

Thank you! Currently around 2100 signups and 100-200 weekly active users.

What problem are you trying to solve?

      Hi Mark,

The problem that I'm solving is that knowledge is not fully utilized to make knowledge workers more productive.
