I am working on a Guided-Breathing, Music-Mindfulness, Relaxation App Idea
My project is based on my artwork (https://www.instagram.com/life_lines_art/ ), which is minimalism black and white, hand drawn abstract images. I then collaborate with my animation specialist (Dennis Gaines), to create a flowing, and relaxing visual experience.
I combine a 4-7-8 Pranayama breathing exercise and add music (pre selected or customized), and/or autogenic-affirmation techniques, to create a profoundly relaxing experience for health, wellness, stress relief, and mindfulness.
Breath-work (as you might know), has been proven to help treat stress related illnesses such as Diabetes, COPD, Hyper-Tension, High Blood Pressure, and more.
There is also emerging evidence, that shows that abstract art affects the brain in such ways as to create new neuropathways, stimulating divergent thinking and creativity, increasing productivity, and… "stimulating higher-level areas of the brain, responsible for creativity and imagination" (Neuro-scientist Dr. Kandel)

This is actually mesmerizing to look at! What a lovely experience.
Out of curiosity: do you make the set knowing they will be combined in the end or are there some pranayama that are just steps in between?
How are you thinking into productizing this? I would imagine some kind of mobile app no?

I really appreciate you taking the time to view and respond...truely great of you.
Yes, my goal is either to make an MVP and sell it to an existing Meditation App Co. (Headspace, Calm, Sattva...etc.), or to find co-founders, partners, and investors, and create the App myself.
I basically have the animation specialist onboard already, and he gets some minimal direction from me...then creates the morphing fluent movements from his imagination. It's very much a true collaboration at this point.
I later find music and hire another person to combine the two for the most potent experience possible. The App (if I have my way) will have a music reservoir to pick and choose music from international sources.
The potential for this project is huge with the added Stresses of our times...along with the emerging scientific evedence that viewing abstract art creates new neuro-connection which enhances, creativity and higher brain function.
Couple that with the breathe along element, it then becomes extremely viable...as medical experts are advocating pranayama for helping to treat High Blood Pressure, COPD, Diabetes, Hypertension, and other illnesses.

We are a two people co-founder team who are working on appstickr.com built. We have the MVP, it is fully functional, but the developer we were working with suffered some serious health issues and can no longer continue to support us on this project. It's a simple tool, but we think could have a big impact in the edtech industry.
