Looking for Co-founders for a 5 month old marketplace startup (post revenue)

Hi, I’m the founder of ProvenTeam.com - A freelancing platform for fast growing Startups to quickly hire USA Based, Pre-vetted digital marketing freelancers ( Graphic Designers and Content writers). We are a reverse hiring model. I.e you don't post a job, but instead browse our talent and book based on their profile.
Our main differentiators versus upwork and fiverr are

All freelancers are pre-vetted. We interview them and review their background and experience in detail to ensure quality.
All our freelancers have a video / showreel attached to their profile
All freelancers have calendars integrated so you can just book video meetings. They’re usually available same day or next day to get started on your work

The business is post revenue, we have around 15 customers and 8k of transactions through the platform to date. We are now seeing good growth from month to month and the idea has been thoroughly validated. I am now looking for motivated co-founders who can help support the growth of the business in return for meaningful Equity.

1. Open to people across a lot of skills sets Developers/Designers/Product Managers/Marketers
2. Ideally looking for someone who can commit at least 20 or so hours per week in exchange for Equity
3. Also open to revenue share (e.g receipts from stripe ) to compensate you for your time. This could be above market rate for the kind of work you would be doing.
