Looking for co-founders interested in Customer Support area.

SignalZen is a live chat and help centre solution for small businesses to manage their Customer Support activities. You can find more about the product at our site https://signalzen.com

The product vision is to keep everything simple and understandable like if you were working with such products like Gmail etc.

Currently, the product is being developed by one person and I’m looking for people to join me in order to push growth of the clients base up. SignalZen already has clients that are paying for the service which proofs that the product is at the level required to start real marketing and sales activities.

Understandable, that each person who wants to join a startup has his own skills, desire, values and capabilities in terms of time to create value, so I can’t name the numbers and compensation which can come in case we start working together. As they say, it all depends, but the most important factor to join that is considered - real desire to work towards our goals and deliver value. At this point of time, it’s beneficial to join, as first co-founders can gain bigger piece of the pie if they feel that this kind of work makes sense to them.

I’m looking for someone in making Marketing, Sales, Blog writing, SEO and AdWords (or other channels), so people who have experience in this and want to contribute, could create something good for the product.

The most important value in terms of working together, is to have professionalism, ethics understanding, desire to dive in and work in Customer Support industry.

There is no remuneration package at this point, however, it depends again what is your goal: to grow together with the product and share everything later, or, to start working as affiliate marketing person and get the reward instantly.
