Looking for cofounder in ML/NLP startup.

Hi,

I'm Joe, and I have been working in machine learning for a few years now. I have been working toward starting a startup in the NLP space, building my skills in the area. I am starting a chatbot based startup, based on my experience with them, as well as there extreme flexibility. Their applications are abundant, and nearly untouched so far. I have already built some of the core tech, and have a good idea at how to beat other companies as far as the tech / product goes.

I am specifically looking for someone more on the business / marketing side, given that I am much more of a technical / product person.
